The story goes back to 1959 when the Citro family settled in Africa to plant cotton and rice. It was followed by over 30 years of seafood trading history and nearly 20 years of gold mining history.
In 2020, the family took refuge on Mino's farm and began experimenting with unusual plants, such as lemon caviar, which adapts to the valley's soil and microclimate.
