Heart Beef Tomato is a perfect tomato for any salad during summer, with his red radiant skin, sweet, fragrant and juicy.
Its particularity is the heart shape and very lightly ribbed. The heart tomato beef is a popular veggie in salads, carpaccio, gazpacho, soup or stuffed.
For an easy salad recipe for a summer meal, sliced the heart tomatoes beef, drizzle with lemon juice and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice with olive oil, salt and honey. Spread the basil and thin slices of onion shallots over the heart tomatoes beef and pour all the dressing. Chill everything in the refrigerator for almost an hour before serving.
