Our ‘Mini Carrots’ named as well ‘Rainbow Carrots’ are root vegetables that grow underneath the soil. Rainbow carrots come in an assortment of colours including white, dark red, deep purple and light yellow.
They are sweet and have a crunchy structure with a strong sweet carrot flavour and a mild herbaceous taste. ‘Mini Carrots’ can be eaten whole to dip, cut in small slices or grated for raw or cooked dishes.
‘Mini Carrots’ are produced by Eric Roy Maraicher, a French vegetable-grower and market gardener specialised in mini vegetables for chefs.
