Crafted from a blend of locally produced white wine grape varieties and Spanish Trepat red grapes grown in Conca de Barberà, this unique rosé vinegar offers a smooth, fresh, and bittersweet profile with delicate hints of red berry flavors.

The selected vinegar undergoes a meticulous fermentation process, where the alcohol is transformed into acetic acid by acetic acid bacteria. After fermentation, it is clarified and carefully blended with concentrated grape must to enhance its depth. Finally, the vinegar is filtered using tangential filtration and bottled, ensuring a refined and vibrant finish.
