Black Truffle Brie or Brie à La Truffe is an artisanal brie cheese stuffed with flavoured truffles. The brie is made of high-quality cow's milk. It has a soft creamy paste which is cut in half and is spread with a rich mixture of crème fraîche, mascarpone and summer truffles.
