Foie gras is a French specialty made with the liver of the duck, that has been fattened by a specific process of feeding. Ernest Soulard provides a range of foie gras made from ducks born, raised, and processed in the Vendée region of France. Foie gras is a premium delicacy.

Foie gras has a firm and smooth texture, it is creamy white with a tinge of pink in colour. The duck foie gras is carefully deveined manually. Foie Gras Deveined is preferred for making terrines and pan-searing.
