Blinis have their origin in the Russian culinary tradition. They are small, thick, soft pancakes without sugar, made from wheat and/or buckwheat flour.
Their recipe combines noble ingredients: fresh whole milk, fresh whole eggs, without preservatives or additives.
Blinis are light in the mouth and are offered with different recipes: plain, with a delicate taste of butter, or with more pronounced flavors. After defrosting, it is not necessary to reheat them, they keep (even cold) their softness and their greedy taste. With a proposed diameter between 6 and 14 cm, they can be adapted to all your creations.
