The Sea-bream, a denizen of sandy and occasionally rocky areas adorned with vegetation, tends to stay within the shallower depths, not exceeding 30-40 meters. Displaying euryhaline characteristics, it copes well with significant salinity variations, favoring habitats such as river mouths, brackish ponds, and lagoons with reduced salinity. While sensitive to cold temperatures, the Sea-bream strategically navigates to greater depths to shield itself from sudden cooling, as it can be fatal in large numbers.
Originating exclusively in France, Sea-bream thrives in the quality waters of Aquanord's production sites. These sites boast specific water quality, ensuring a controlled water flow and constant oxygenation. Upholding Aquanords commitment to the well-being of the fish, they maintain very low pen fish densities through our thoughtful farming method. The Sea-bream undergoes natural growing cycles spanning 2 to 4 years, fueled by a meticulously selected feed composed of natural and sustainable raw materials.
To guarantee impeccable traceability, each product is labeled with a barcode for easy identification. Their dedication to freshness is evident in the minimal processing time between fishing and supply, with zero stock maintained. Packaged in convenient boxes, our Sea-bream delivers an unparalleled seafood experience.
