Bastides was founded in 1962 within the historic walls of Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Les Salaisons et Conserves du Rouergue (Sacor) has been a cornerstone of culinary excellence. Their production hub at 8 Avenue du Mai has evolved alongside our rich heritage, originally specializing in the craft of sausages and dry sausages. At Bastides Salaisons, they are proud of themselves on producing 3,000 tons of premium sausages and dry sausages annually, crafted in over 40 distinct formats using traditional artisanal methods. They source only the finest fresh meats, exclusively from the southwest of France, ensuring exceptional quality in every bite.
