Widely recognized in the Lebanese and regional markets, La Ferme St. Jacques is situated at an elevation of a thousand square meters, nestled near the Saint Jacques Monastery. With a commanding view of the sea in Batroun, North Lebanon, the farm, built on ancient ruins, raises ducks imported from France. This ensures the creation of the finest duck liver, duck breasts, and preserves, adhering to the authentic traditions of farming families from the South West of France. All processing is carried out in strict conformity with European standards.
